Coach & Founder

LEYLA

A passion for multisport, health and wellness combined with a love for bringing the best out in people.

I have raced all distances of triathlon myself, whilst balancing work and family life, and I believe this combined with my coaching knowledge and skills offer athletes a very intimate and truly customized coaching experience. I believe that training and racing should be fun and enjoyable - but that it's still healthy to have a competitive spirit and expand your limits.

 

I have coached numerous athletes to first time 70.3 and Ironman Distances races, and had athletes qualify for 70.3 World Champs, ITU Duathlon World Champs and Xterra Word Champs.
